However, personal numbers shall only be used to the extent necessary for personal number-related business activities as stipulated by laws and regulations, and shall not be used for any other purposes.

Anonymous Processed Information

When we create anonymized processed information, we take necessary measures to ensure that specific individuals cannot be identified and that the personal information used to create the information cannot be restored. When we use the anonymized processed information ourselves, we do not compare it with other information for the purpose of identifying (re-identifying) the individual to whom the original personal information pertains. When we create anonymized processed information, we will publicly disclose items related to individuals contained in the anonymized processed information in accordance with the provisions of the law. When we provide anonymized processed information to a third party, we will publicly announce the items of information concerning individuals included in the anonymized processed information to be provided to the third party and the method of providing such information, as required by law, and clearly indicate to the third party that the information to be provided is anonymized processed information.
